Hey everyone! My name is Heather Reynolds, and this is my second year at Idaho State University. I am attending Idaho State to become a certified cosmetologist and nail technician. I am excited to turn this passion of mine into a fulfilling career. The place I call home is a small town called Homedale, Idaho. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's fishing, camping, or hiking with family and friends. You can also often find me swing dancing at The Hive.
Something I wish I had known before coming to ISU is that everyone is in the same boat, and it's okay to ask for help. Whether that be with your peers, peer mentor, or professors. I am so excited to be serving as a University Honors peer mentor this year and cannot wait to get to know all of you! Please feel free to reach out at any point throughout the year. Places that I recommend as good study spots are Starbucks, The College Market, and the library. Whether you're looking for some advice or a study buddy, I am here for you. As you peer, my goal is to help you navigate your academic journey and make it a great experience here at ISU.
