Required Courses
To earn a B.S. in Dietetics, students must complete a combination of general education courses, program prerequisites, and nutrition-focused coursework. These requirements provide a strong academic foundation, prepare students for upper-division classes, and support the development of professional competencies essential for a career in dietetics. A minimum of 120 credits is required to complete the degree. Students are encouraged to consult the 2025-2026 Advising Worksheet for a recommended course sequence and planning resources. For individualized guidance, including clarification on program requirements, students may also contact the DPD Director.
