Museum of Natural History and Department of Psychology to host Mental Health Walks

The Idaho Museum of Natural History (IMNH) in collaboration with the Department of Psychology invites you to Mental Health and Nature Walks, beginning October 7 at 3 p.m.
The walks will be held throughout October on Tuesdays at 3 pm, meeting at the Bison statue on Quad side. The goal of these nature walks is to give students, staff, faculty, and/or public the opportunity to spend 30-45 minutes in nature, disconnected from your phone, reconnect or connect with someone, and decompress from the stresses around us.
