Juanita Gonzalez was born and raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, and is a proud alumna of the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) at Boise State University, a program made a significant impact in her life. She received her B.A. in Bilingual/Elementary Education and Spanish from Boise State University in 1999 and received her Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015. She has worked as an academic advisor for over 15 years with six of those years dedicated to supporting first-generation and low-income students. She is excited about the opportunity to provide an uplifting experience to ISU HEP students.

Samantha Oliva is a current student at Idaho State University. She is pursuing a Bachelors of Health Science and an Associates of Occupational Therapy Assiting. Samantha is fluent in English and Spanish. Samantha Oliva es una estudiante de la Universidad Estatal de Idaho. Esta persiguiendo una Licenciatura de Ciencsa de Salud y un Asociado de Terapia Ocupacional Asistiendo. Samantha es fluida en Ingles y Espanol.
