Customer Service Coordinator

Emily serves as the Administrative Assistant 2 and Customer Service Coordinator for the Idaho State University Graduate School. In this role, she supports daily operations by assisting students, faculty, and staff with a variety of administrative tasks. She helps ensure smooth communication within the department, provides front-line customer service, and contributes to the overall efficiency and organization of the Graduate School.
She began her role in 2024 after moving back to Pocatello and brings with her a strong background in customer service and administrative support. She earned her cosmetology license through ISU’s program in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her past experience includes working in the salon industry and teaching both elementary physical education and high school science—positions that helped her develop valuable skills in communication, organization, and multitasking.
When she isn’t working or studying, she enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, photography, and painting—all of which she loves doing with her husband. She’s passionate about health and fitness and enjoys traveling and learning new skills whenever she can.
