As Management Assistant, Ann utilizes her extensive knowledge of policies and processes to manage Grad School Office needs, Graduate Major Programs, and requirements. She supports scheduling, planning, and executing the operational needs of the entire office. She coordinates and executes internal and external meetings, activities, events, and special projects; serves as the organizational manager of
recruitment planning committee; and proactively addresses complaints from students/internal stakeholders.

Ann received her Associate's in Psychology from BYU Idaho. Later, she pursued a Bachelor's in Business Management from the College of Business at Idaho State University and graduated in 2019. While in attendance, the faculty in CoB made such a positive impression upon her that she fell in love with ISU, its culture, faculty and so much more. In the fall of 2019, Ann was given the opportunity to work for ISU as an Administrative Assistant 1, working for the Faculty Senate. As her integration into ISU, its events, culture and her skillset grew, she was given an opportunity to further her career within ISU and was hired as Management Assistant for Academic Affairs in 2022. In August of 2024, she took some time to sow other roots and build additional skillsets outside the walls of ISU and left for a short but critical time
in her life. In March of 2025, ISU came calling again, offering an opportunity for her to return as Management Assistant in The Graduate School. Though happy as Office Manager with her amazing team, the orange and black blood running through her veins would not be denied and she ultimately answered the call and returned to the Bengal Mother Ship. She feels like she is home again.

Ann grew up on Camano Island in the Seattle, WA area but has lived in Idaho for almost 24 years now. She has worked in ice cream, banking, billing, management, and HR, but her passion is higher education.
