Kerrin Kramer, PharmD

Kerrin Kramer was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University’s Raabe College of Pharmacy in 2025. She has a strong interest in ambulatory care and is passionate about helping patients manage chronic conditions through personalized, compassionate care. She is excited to continue expanding her clinical knowledge, gain exposure to a wide range of disease states, and explore opportunities in academia throughout her residency. Kerrin looks forward to working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time outdoors, staying connected with friends and family across the country, and unwinding at home with her dog, Hank.
