🔐 Before You Upload:

• Submit documents in PDF format to ensure the highest quality and to prevent delays in processing.

• Low-resolution images (e.g., cell phone photos) may be deleted due to quality concerns.

• All forms must be fully completed prior to submission. Incomplete or inaccurate forms may be returned for correction.

🧾 Important Guidelines:

• Include your Student ID in the file description and on each document.

  • Submissions without a Student ID may be deleted if we are unable to identify the student.

• Please allow up to one week for uploaded documents to appear as received in MyISU > My Financial Aid.

• Regularly check your ISU email for any communication regarding your submission.
