Job Summary:
The Visual Aide supports individuals by providing visual assistance during learning, testing, or other activities. This role involves helping to clarify instructions, guide attention, and enhance understanding using visual cues and materials, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals by providing visual prompts, highlighting key information, or guiding focus during tests, lessons, or tasks.

Use tools such as pointers, highlighters, charts, or digital aids to enhance clarity and understanding.

Support instructors, examiners, or supervisors in delivering visual assistance as required.

Adapt visual materials and aids to suit the needs of individuals, including those with visual impairments or learning difficulties.

Monitor the individual’s engagement and understanding, providing additional visual support as needed.

Maintain the organization and condition of visual materials and equipment.

Ensure a distraction-free environment conducive to focus and comprehension.

Follow all confidentiality and testing protocols when working in exam settings.
