Job Summary:
The Scribe provides transcription and writing assistance to individuals who have difficulty writing or typing due to physical disabilities, medical conditions, or other challenges. The scribe accurately records spoken information, ensuring clear and precise documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
