Reader & Proctor
Job Summary:
The Reader & Proctor is responsible for assisting candidates during examinations by reading questions aloud and ensuring the testing environment remains fair, quiet, and secure. This role is crucial in supporting test-takers who require assistance due to disabilities or special needs, as well as maintaining exam integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Read exam questions aloud clearly and accurately to candidates who require assistance.

Monitor candidates throughout the examination period to ensure compliance with testing rules and regulations.

Prevent cheating, disturbances, and unauthorized materials in the testing room.

Provide general support and guidance to candidates as necessary while maintaining a professional and impartial demeanor.

Set up the examination room, distribute materials, and ensure a proper testing environment.

Report any irregularities or incidents to the examination coordinator promptly.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all examination materials and candidate information.

Assist with timing the exam and notifying candidates of remaining time as required.
