- Introductory Gingerbread Workshop from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Learn how to make a gingerbread house before the Festival Gingerbread Competition. Price will include house and decorating materials.
Wednesday, November 19
- Grand Holiday Gala from 5:30 – 9:00 pm. Themed after the famous holiday book and film The Polar Express, this year’s Grand Holiday Gala will feature social hour, dinner, silent auction, dancing, live music, guest performances, and, of course, a first look at the beautifully decorated trees. Elegant sleepwear encouraged to match the Polar Express theme! Tickets or sponsorship is required.
Thursday, November 20
- General Admission from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. General admission tickets include Music in the Mezzanine, Stories Under the Christmas Tree, Photos with Santa, Gingerbread Lane, Rudolph's Road Trip, Santa's Workshop and Aisle of the Nativities.
- Senior Day - free admission for community members 65 and older.

Friday, November 21
- General Admission from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. General admission tickets include Music in the Mezzanine, Stories Under the Christmas Tree, Photos with Santa, Gingerbread Lane, Rudolph's Road Trip, Santa's Workshop and Aisle of the Nativities.
- Children’s Royal Tea Party at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the Stephens Performing Arts Center Rotunda. Tickets are required.

Saturday, November 22
- General Admission from 11:00 am - 5:30 pm. General admission tickets include Music in the Mezzanine, Stories Under the Christmas Tree, Photos with Santa, Gingerbread Lane, Rudolph's Road Trip, Santa's Workshop and Aisle of the Nativities.
- Breakfast with Santa at 9:00 am in the Rotunda. Tickets are required.
- Gingerbread Competition People's Choice winner announced.

Breakfast with Santa: Join Santa Claus for breakfast at a special Christmas Carnival! This event includes breakfast, meet and greet with Santa, crafts, games, story time, and more. Purchase Tickets
Children's Royal Tea Party: Dress your little prince or princess in their finest royal attire to enjoy a light, kid-friendly meal, games, a royal parade, and special appearances by princesses, princes and other special guests. Tables are decorated with a different character theme and feature a special gift for guests to take home. Adults who would like to accompany their child at this event must purchase a ticket. Gingerbread Competition: Families, friends, school classes and individuals of all ages are invited to put their decorating skills to the test in this traditional holiday competition. Entries will be displayed the entirety of the Festival on Gingerbread Lane. Interested in entering? Learn more here.
Grand Holiday Gala: Themed after the classic 1954 holiday film White Christmas, this year’s Grand Holiday Gala will feature social hour, dinner, silent auction, dancing, live music, guest performances, and, of course, a first look at the beautifully decorated trees. The Little Prince: A play presented by ISU Theater, The Little Prince follows the journey of a young prince as he travels from planet to planet, encountering a variety of curious characters and learning important life lessons along the way. This performance will be filled with whimsy, wonder, and profound insights about love, friendship, and the human experience. Based on the book by Antoine De Saint-Exupery. Purchase Tickets
