Tayler Elizondo
Clinical Instructor
Tayler Elizondo has created the following courses for the Albion Center:
- Signs of Overtraining: Injury Prevention for Coaches
 - Empowering Nutrition: Coaching Students Towards Mindful Eating Habits
 
Tayler Elizondo has experiences in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, clinical sports medicine, pediatric motion analysis, strength and conditioning coaching, and health and wellness coaching. He has taught and coached at the high school level and now is a clinical instructor in biomechanics for the Human Performance and Sports Studies Department at Idaho State University. Tayler is committed to evidence-based teaching and tries to apply both practical and theoretical approaches in his classes and current coaching practice. Tayler has received his BS in Physical Education (Exercise Science), MS in Exercise Science, and is currently a PhD student in Health and Human Performance. In his free time, Tayler is an outdoor enthusiast.
