Grant Magnuson

High School Outdoor Adventure Education Teacher

Grant Magnuson has created the following course for the Albion Center:

• Implementing Outdoor Adventure Education Into Your School

Grant Magnuson has taught Physical Education for 13 years and Outdoor Adventure Ed for 6 years. His first 7 years were spent at Lincoln Park High School in Chicago and his last 6 years have been at Libertyville High School in Libertyville, Illinois. Grant has obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology Physical Education from Western Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Education from American College of Education. In his free time, Grant enjoys anything outdoors from fishing, biking, hiking, kayak camping, and touring national parks. He is very grateful to be able to work in the outdoors everyday and to teach the things he loves.
