Dzana Karabegovic has created the following course for the Albion Center:

Dzana is deeply committed to the belief that learning is a lifelong journey, and she brings this philosophy into her curriculum planning. As an educator, Dzana is passionate about designing engaging, creative lesson plans that use innovative strategies to meet the diverse needs of her students. She strives to make learning accessible and meaningful for all learners, regardless of ability or background, and works to build clear connections between literacy and real-life experiences. Dzana believes that reading is more than just an academic skill—it is a gateway to a future filled with endless possibilities. She is dedicated not only to empowering her own students but also to supporting fellow educators in meeting the literacy needs of every student in their classrooms. Dzana Karabegovic holds a master’s degree in Special Education and has over eight years of experience teaching at the secondary level, both as an English teacher and a special educator. Outside of the classroom, Dzana enjoys exploring Vermont's trails, savoring her morning coffee, and ending her day curled up on the couch reading with her daughters.
