Art Educator and Department Chair

Hannah Butcher has created the following courses for the Albion Center:

• Arts Integration: Getting Started with Art!
• How to Incorporate Art in STEAM/STEM
• STEAM for Secondary Education (9-12th grades)

Hannah Butcher has been teaching art since 2012. She has a Masters in Art Education and has taught grades K-12. She has written and developed curriculum for 9-12 grade art students. She has also developed and taught curriculum for Maker Space camps in the Baltimore region. Hannah has a passion for creating curriculum that is approachable, engaging, and rigorous. In her educational background, she has obtained a BS in Art Education and a M. Ed in Art Education. She believes that everyone is an artist!
