In addition to a plethora of first hand behavior experiences, she has also had the opportunity to sit for numerous years as a member of our District Intervention Team. This team's purpose is to provide instructional and behavioral strategies to teachers and/or administrators who are dealing with unmanageable behaviors in their classroom/schools. In addition to her passion for education, Nichole loves spending time with her family and traveling to watch her children in sports.
