Dr. William Lane has created the following courses for the Albion Center:
Dr. William Lane is an Assistant Professor and Program Lead of the Counseling Program at Western New Mexico University. He holds professional counseling licenses in both Idaho and New Mexico as well as professional school counseling credentials in Idaho. Dr. Lane loves helping counselors-in-training expand their personal paradigms to be more inclusive of diverse populations and helping them learn and practice basic counseling skills in order to build therapeutic alliances with clients. Dr. Lane has recently self-published a children's book titled "Mindfulness with Molly," which introduces and educates parents and children about the practices of mindfulness. He is also the developer of the Shame Resilience Discrimination Model of supervision which combines Brené Brown's shame resilience theory with the Discrimination Model of supervision. Dr. Lane loves spending time outdoors, going on walks, playing sports, and working out. He also very much enjoys spending time with his family.
